  • Not sure if working with a life coach is for you? Have a question you need help with but don’t think it warrants hiring someone to support? Ask Gusto a question. We’ll respond within 48 hours with suggestions and resources.

  • A virtual 30 minute meeting to review what you are looking for, what Gusto options best fit your needs, and to answer any questions that you have.

  • This 1-2 session option is a discovery session ranging from 1.5-3 hours in length and takes a deep look at your present state and future goals. This is a great option if you are not sure if you want to commit to hiring a coach for multiple sessions, if you just want to try coaching out, or are unsure if Gusto is the right coach for you.

  • Once you do the initial discovery session start scheduling individual sessions to address your top priorities.

  • Meet regularly in person (St. Paul/Minneapolis area) or virtually to plan and implement a coaching package that best suits your needs. We offer 4, 8, and 12 session packages. Buy doing a package you receive a discounted rate. Packages include ongoing support for the duration of your package.

  • Over the course of 10 weeks, meet 7 times, (weekly for first month and bi-weekly after) plus have daily check-ins (phone/text).
